Ever Use Business Cards?

Some suggested to me that I consider business cards for advertising of my blog. The idea was that any time a mention of the blog comes up in conversation in my every day life, I hand one out.

Have you tried it?

I actually haven't even had business cards made, but I plan on getting some in the future. I think they would come in handy in anybody ever asks what my email address or blog link is. It's definitley a way to get readers!

I've used them but never as VanillaHog mentioned. That's a good idea-I frequently end up giving my email address to people-friends, family, extended contacts through these people. Including my blog address on it too would be an interesting way to try and get visitors.

I would use a business card to increase traffic. It's acutally a pretty good idea. You can always drop them in those restaurant "free lunch" promotion boxes.

You have to remember that if your blog has a specific niche, you will have to give your "business cards" to people who got the same interests as you blog about, if not, your business cards are pretty much wasted.

The problem with working online is that my social life has started to become non-existent. But if I had the chance though, I'm open to try ANY "free" ways to advertise my blog.

That could work. I think your blog would have to be able to recoup the losses from getting the cards printed though. If you already had a system in place for making money it would be great.

Hey i have never tried that but i guess that would be cool to have business cards,, in my country you can get 100 cards for 5$
