Default How much money does your blob make?

Blogs are probably the simplest website somebody could create, but unfortunately I find they have the lowest pay out. I'm wondering how much people are making and how they are doing so(banner ads, adsense, paid memberships etc.). I'm also curious as to how many unique members your blogs are getting.

I get about 140 daily visitors to my site everyday and about 2 CENTS a day haha. So not very much money, but that doesn't stop me! I used to have Google Adsense and almost had $100 from it, but then they banned my account for "faulty clicks"

It must have felt horrible to have your account banned right before you reached $100. Even if you make a couple faulty clicks they will ban you. You might want to consider using www.oiopublisher.com for your ads, you will end up making much more than 2 cents per day.

Right now I'm using Adbrite.. Does Oiopublisher do a better job with relevant ads? Because Adbrite does a horrible job!

Oio publisher is a banner ad software that you buy a lincense for and use on your site. You sell banners on your blog and keep the profit. You might be able to get a few bucks a week rather than a few cents a day. But the money will pick up fast once you get a good amount of traffic.

But we would need to buy a lisence for it which is 47$. I personally don't think it is really worth for beginners but definitely worth the price for experts

there are many e-jobs available that pay HIGH....for instance Elance is a good site for part time work that pays. Not $10 or $20. $1000s but the work is real and not clicking on ads or viewing ads. And its FREE

So far I've had a good bit of traffic, but haven't really been making much money off of google adsense, might have to look into some of these other options you guys have listed! Thanks!

Why threads like this slow down? No posts for few months, but for a newbie like me this is really important?

Do we all endup not sharing once we start making money or is there something else ??

Its hard to monetise a blog. You need unique and great content and lots of patience.

for me it took some years to start making some money. but my blog is mainly for fun.

when you have fun and try to be unique and captivating with the content of your blog then also money comes

Totally agree with you. Jobs that involves 'clicking' alone is quite easy, hence few are getting a decent wage out of it. Working as a blogger is paid well, however, the work may need more time and focus to make things work out.
