Default Visitor Traffic Spikes
It is possible to create traffic spikes - periods where visitors are more dense than other times. It's easy. Tell everyone you'll have one new post on Wednesday and one on Saturday. Ask them to sign up or subscribe to your posts. Then keep your word and post when you said you will. People learn. Traffic will spike just when you said it would.

That's a good idea Madblogger. This is probably a much better way to get visitors than to just have them randomly check in and see if you have updated recently.

I've had traffic spikes too.. It's kinda weird! One day will have 700 views then the next will have 70..
