Default Paid to Blog??

I signed up with a company that says they'll pay me to write on my own blog. A friend of mine already does this and she makes okay money from it. I'm not happy though because the topics they want me to write about have nothing to do with my current blog.

I've never heard about this. I guess though since you are being paid to do the writing it becomes like any other job-you do what you have to, to make the money. If you don't want to be restricted, don't do the paid blogging.

This is becomming more and more popular these day. Most advertisers really see it as paying for a backlink to there site. Most sites that offer these services make sure that your page rank if known to the advertisers

Get a few new blogs and you will find these sites more topic friendly. :-)

I know other people do this and that's fine for them, I guess. For myself, it just seems like selling out unless you create a blog for the express purpose of writing mainly paid posts. I'd rather give real useful content that a bunch of useless made up posts about products that I've never used.

Well, maybe they can't find advertisers that have the same themes or topics as what you are currently posting in your blog. Hence, they have no other choice but to ask you write posting topics that are outside of your blog themes.

Sometimes we just can't do the things that we like in making money. Therefore, you should give a try to those unfamiliar topics and hopefully in times to come, they might get the advertisers who have the themes in your blog.

I use a paid blogging service occasionally, but I'm very careful to choose topics that suit my current blog, or are surrounding items I can incorporate into regular topics. It's not great money, but every little bit adds up.

There are many companies out there that let you choose the topic that you like to write for your blog. PayPerPost is one such company. If you like the task topic, just take up the offer. If not, just leave it as it is and you are in no way required to take up that task.

Isn't it great to be able to do the thing you like aside from making some money in it? Yes, that could really be a reality in PayPerPost.

Does she make a share of the advertising revenue? Or is it straight up payment? The revenue can be dismal, so I'd keep that in mind.

1. forum posting----sites like forumsfirst.com pays people to post to their forum...
2. freelancing---its basically getting paid to write articles, design, code, etc..
3. gpt sites---there are about over 50 gpt sites nowadays

those are for it right now..someday maybe I can think of more.

A lot of people I think are co,licating making money ol in general.
I mean, when u arent an expert in aff marketing, then dont do it
there r literally a ton of ways to make money if u r dumb and fool like me

Paid to blog is getting more and more popular as more companies pop up on the internet. If you do a search of paid to blog on Google you will be amazed at how many sites there are.

It really is becoming more common. I think that I would only do it if they offered me stuff that is closely tied to my blog's topics already. Then it would be more organic and still satisfy my readers.

Are you sure they want you to write about their topics as if it were your posts? A lot of companies pay for reviews and guest blogging nowadays, they might be ok with you starting your post with something like "This is a post for Company X".

Then don't do it mate, use some of the great tips already on this site to monetize your own blog and then you won't feel tied down by anyone. It's no good writing about topics you have no interest in or your blog isn't already based around.

Maybe consider making another blog about the topics they want you to write about and then sell it after a couple of months. Best of luck mate.

It's okey if you write about that review. Just write and you can write again topicc about your blog so the topic that not related with your blog will in grey area...
