Reviews vs. Showing Off Boards

This might be more of a question rather than a suggestion, but what is the difference between the "Show Off Your Blog" board and the "Blog Reviews" board? Both of them allow you to post your blog for other bloggersforum users to comment on (review), so couldn't they technically be one board? Or maybe the Blog Reviews should be a board where members write reviews of their favorite blogs to read

I would think that fundamentally that show off was a place just to place your link-get you some traffic, but not invite critisism. Review on the other hand means you are willing to hear a critique of it.

Oh, alrighty then. I just was looking at the descriptions and it seemed that both invited feedback

Good to know that people who don't want criticism won't have to recieve it, then. Thanks for clearing that up!

Review is for getting feedback of your blog ,

Show-Off is for driving the traffic to your blog.

I hope I am right

Kanishhka rightly said,, review is where people check out your blog and tell you what they like and what they dont.. and in show-off you can post link for your blog and people would just go and check it

I agree that showing off a blog is more of a "hey, look at this!" kind of thing where as review my blog is listening to others tell you your blog sucks or rocks.

It seems to me that they are both the same, both ask for feedback and both will drive traffic.

i was confused with the same question..I think many people including me r using show of blogs section as review..I think admin should combine these sections..

I'm been considering combining the two categories together. What are your thoughts? There is a difference between the two categories, but it is quite honestly something that can be combined.
