Default Can a Blog be Well SEOed?

I know that blogs often are limited in what you can do with them, unless you host them yourself. I have seen packages sold-templates and so on that will SEO your blog. Can it be done without using things like that?

I am a little confused here. It seems you are speaking of packages (for hosting?) that say they can have good SEO for whatever you order with them? Can you explain this more, I need some clarification. Thanks!

Given that SEO involves a great deal of keywords and so on, I think that there is a lot that you can do yourself. Making sure you have frequent fresh content, that is keyword relevant would be a big help.

SEO depends on the keywords one use in their blog. It does not matter if you host it in a free or paid blogger platform. One method to SEO your blog is by using keywords density in your blog. Populate your blog postings with 3 to 7 % of the keywords that you have chosen.

And also have you heard of Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI)? No? LSI is the analysis of words are are related to your chosen keywords. LSI tells the search engine what your blog is all about and determine the relevancy of your blog contents to a related keywords.

For example, if you write about sunflowers, your keyword would be sunflower and its related keywords would be yellow flowers, big flowers, petal, flower stalk etc. Get the idea?

It is very possible to SEO a free-hosted blog. Mine's on blogger and I get quite a lot of search engine traffic. I've chosen to write about a subject I know really well and every post is keyword optimized, along with the title and the tags.

Well from what I have just learned here then there would be no need to pay a server for their seo abilities. Just make sure that you use keyword density in your work. Good to know because I hate to pay for things I don't need!

Blog can be well SEOd, it doesnt matter what templates you are using, it matters what content and how precisely you are using it, are you on specific topics? how much frequently you updates your blogs, Do you write Blogs in keeping in mind for urself or do you write blogs to send information across?

Rather to do SEO there are many things to do as you do for website and i do agree with FRED that you can also use Tags, not just a keywords but a related tags to topic content. Thats help Blogs in search and on SE.
